Everything you need to know before you order a custom stamp.

No. For safety and legal reasons, we do not make stamps or seals for government departments, schools, colleges, banks, or financial institutions, and we do not make duplicate or fraudulent stamps of any kind. Such orders require a valid authorization letter from the organization concerned, and we reserve the right to ask for ID proof and cancel any order placed without one.

On the product page, type your stamp text (name, designation, company, address - one line per line of the impression) into the "Stamp Text" box, and optionally upload a logo or artwork file. We'll prepare a proof before we start production and reach out if anything needs confirming.

JPG and PNG work best. Please upload a tightly cropped image - any extra white space around your artwork may be included in the stamp impression. If you need help improving a low-quality logo, email it to us with a short description and we will do our best to recreate it.

Most standard stamps are produced within 1-2 business days of your design being confirmed, plus courier transit time to your pincode. Custom or bulk orders may take a little longer - we will let you know if that is the case for your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available everywhere we deliver. Online payment via Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets) is available where enabled - you will see the option at checkout if it is turned on for your order.

Since every stamp is custom-made to your text and design, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once production has started. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or doesn't match the design you confirmed, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will make it right.

Yes, we deliver via registered courier partners to most serviceable pincodes across India. Some remote areas may not be serviceable - our team will contact you if your area is affected after you place an order.

Once logged in, go to "My Orders" to see the live status of every order (Pending, Processing, Shipped, Delivered). We also notify you by email when your order is placed.
Please note: we do not make stamps or seals for government departments, banks, or any duplicate/fraudulent purpose without a valid authorization letter from the organization concerned. Orders placed without proper authorization will be cancelled.
